- 1 Whole Organic Chicken (Patted Dry)
- 2tsp salt
- 1tsp lemon pepper
- 1tsp garlic powder
- 1tsp dried thyme
- 8 pitted whole dates (chopped)
- 10 Garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1tbsp Fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 2 whole lemons
- Preheat oven to 375-400 degrees.
- Place chicken in a roasting pan.
- Combine salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder and dried thyme.
- Rub seasonings over skin of the bird and into the cavity. Cover bird inside and out.
- In separate bowl, combine dates, garlic cloves, rosemary and lemons (all chopped.)
- Stuff dates, cloves, rosemary and lemons into cavity of bird.
- Place chicken dish into preheated oven.
- Bake 1hour 15mins. (Check bird after 1 hour)
