Fried Plantains Sweet Side Dish

  • Ripe Plantains- It is best to choose plantains with black spots on the skin and soft to the touch
  • Sun Flower Oil
  1. Peel ripened plantains
  2. Cut into diagonal slices, about 10 per plantain
  3. Heat oil in frying pan
  4. Fry until golden brown
  5. Serve hot
