Bruschetta Fresh and Simple

  • Whole wheat bread slices
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  1. Cut bread slices into points
  2. Pan fry in butter to golden brown
bruschetta
  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 5 garlic cloves (pounded)
  • 8 leaves fresh basil (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic reduction
  • 1 pinch of salt
  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Serve over pan fried bread
